Praises of a Wife and Mommy

I am 36 weeks pregnant and tonight my daughter said to me "I want to get in your belly and get my brother, but I cant get in your belly."  She said it in all seriousness and was pushing on my belly button. 

When they split the contestants into 2 teams and they get rid of the yellow line I think it becomes too much of a game!  I am very frustrated that the biggest man, Arthur, got voted off and you know what the challenge that they came back to do was the most unfair thing.  Arthur is still twice the size of the other people and to make them do a 5k race seems unfair but the worst thing is to make them switch teams again and the only switch that happened was with ARTHUR!  NOT FAIR!  Bring back the yellow line and he would have been safe tonight! Anyone else frustrated with this?

Well I have asked if anyone wanted to share their birth story on my blog and be guest blogger and I have had a few respond!  :)  YAY!!  So in due time you will get to hear other mom's stories... are you as excited as me?? Before we get to my guests...coming in the future... I want to share my story about my daughter! Lets start right at the beginning!  My hubby and I got married in June of 2006, I started my full time teaching job in August of 2006 and I thought the goal was to wait on kids but we found out March of 2007 that we were expecting!  I was in shock but very excited at the same time... along with being overly nervous!  When I found out I was pregnant I was already about 8 weeks along, you see I had a very irregular period so I thought it was late because of stress at work. With my daughter I had a very enjoyable pregnancy with 0 complications!  I only had a teeny tiny bit of morning sickness and threw up only a couple times.  :) ...

My daughter woke me up today shouting "I'm excited for MARCH."  We are all excited that March has arrived because we know our little baby boy will be entering the world any day now!  WE ALSO HAVE PICKED A NAME!  :)  Keeping it a secret right now! I had my 36 week appointment yesterday.  My measurements and weight all look great!  I am measuring right  at 36 weeks, I have gained 21 pounds, and baby's heart beat was 142!   :)  YIPPEE!  I also had the Group B Strep test done and will find those results out next week. My Braxton Hicks have turned into high gear and can come when I am sitting, walking, standing and at any time of day.  They seem to be more intense but nothing that is time able yet! I did download an app on my phone... a stopwatch!  :)  Getting ready!  :) Still blessed that my feet look normal and not taking on water!  :)  I did finally get a couple small stretch marks under my bel...
