Blogging designs...

So my hubby helped me out changing things around my blog and I am not sure how I feel.  I decided I did not want pictures in the banner because then I would want him to change it all the time and that is too time consuming.  I wanted to brand it more.  So he created a very nice banner and background but I went from grey scale to color galore and I am not sure how I feel.  It might go back... Would love some thoughts???  Good or bad be honest!     Is it too colorful??  Hard on the eyes?  Should the background just be white or grey without all the color?  Do you miss the old one.   Do I have a hard time with change??  Yes, and I was so super excited for him to do this and then I act all silly not sure if I like it.   I guess we will try it out so beware there might be more changes.

Blog redesign in progress...

Please be patient as things will be changing over the next couple days on the blog.  :)   The hubby is doing all the changes for me because he is awesome, but he is on a date with our daughter right now so most changes will occur tonight.  :)

Paper Plate Hats

Paper plates, scissor, and bingo dotters and a few minutes and you have an awesome hat.  You can make a hat for what ever season or holiday is approaching.  We created a St. Patrick's Day Shamrock, a heart, and a   hat for Titus's 11 Month pictures.  Before cutting I drew the picture I wanted first but if you are good you can fold the plate and go to town.

Awana Fair

Nothing beats a good ole fashion fair!  We had our annual Awana fair last week and it was a success and my daughter wants to do it every week now.  :)  Just look at some of the goofy characters there and the fun games. This is an awesome game similar to that one on The Price is Right!  Beautiful Butterfly! Goofy Daddy was running a duck game.

Colorful Bubble Prints

I think we will be doing this again when summer comes so we can do it outdoors.  It was nice to do it inside when the long winter cool days are here, but it sure made me think of summer.   First pour some bubbles into a couple  different cups and add some food coloring.  Then go to town blowing bubbles onto paper to create some neat bubble prints.   Let the paper dry and then use it as wrapping paper!  Grandparents would love it!!
