Oriental Trading Review

A huge thank-you to Oriental Trading for sending me these items in an exchange for an honest review. I was not paid for this review and all opinions are 100% mine.

One thing my church does the first week in December is play an active role in the community for the annual Christmas Walk. During the Christmas Walk all the business's pull out deals and other free fun to get more people in town and shopping in the stores.

This year our church handed out free hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks. We also had a free craft thanks to Oriental Trading! There were so many mess free activities to chose from their site that it was hard to narrow down the choices. I knew I wanted it to be simple and mess free as parents don't want to walk around with wet glue or paint. So I was very pleased to find the many choices for the magic color products. The magic color items are black but when you use a scraper tool you will scrape and see the bright color underneath. It made for a simple, fun and mess free activity! I loved the inspirational words as well as the beautiful Christmas tree ones!

The ornaments were a huge hit! Parents loved how easy it was for little hands but also the big kids showed an interest and took their time to created beautiful designs in them.

I received each of the items described below!

We had some very happy kids... and yes even some "big" kids joined in and made some fun ornaments, bracelets, and magnets.

Once the package arrived I inspected each item. There were a couple of the magic color items that had minimal scratches already on it but nothing major that would make me angry. Each item listed above is not going to break your bank... VERY AFFORDABLE! I did have to tie on the strings to the ornaments and put the magnets on but it was very simple and still well worth the cost!

The ornaments, magnets, and bracelets are for sure on my recommendation list for anyone and everyone! Thanks Oriental Trading for helping me create a successful Christmas Walk for my community! :) Parents loved the mess free activity!

Common Mistakes Made When Writing a Will

Writing a will should, by all means, be a simple thing. You want to make sure that your assets are being left to your loved ones and that your final wishes are being fulfilled. Usually, they are rather straightforward, but that doesn’t mean that they are entirely foolproof. Here, we’re going to look at some common issues that can lead to disputes or delays in carrying out your will. Image - CC0 License Not Having It Witnessed Correctly One of the most common mistakes when writing a will is not having it witnessed correctly. Wills generally require the signatures of at least two witnesses who are not beneficiaries or spouses of beneficiaries. If the will is not witnessed in accordance with legal requirements, it may be declared invalid, meaning your estate would be distributed according to intestacy laws, which may not align with your wishes. It’s important to follow the witnessing procedures exactly as outlined in your jurisdiction to ensure the will is legally enforceable. Chan...

A big thank you to Andy who sent me some amazing cookies to try to conduct my review. :) All opinions expressed are 100 % mine and I was not paid for this review. About Sweet Andy's Cookies: The “Thank You” Cookie In 2009, Andrew (Sweet Andy) found himself in a position like so many others at that time in our past; the economy was quickly spiraling downward and he had left his job in the financial services industry. Although Andy had an MBA in Banking and Finance and had even written a book entitled, “A Guide to Taking Control of Your Investments”, he found himself to be disenchanted with the financial industry and left to pursue “other work.” The “other work” that Andrew pursued was with the Church and did not provide financial support for the family. During this time Andy and his wife, Lissa, struggled to find other forms of income. They did what they could for themselves and their five children but often it was not enough. But there were...
