First, I decided to make Andes Mint Brownies in the Cutie Cake Baking Pan. The pan creates very cute mini cakes or in my case brownies. My favorite thing about the pan is after I took the brownies out of the oven and turned the pan upside down all of the brownies fell out clean! No mess, no scrubbing the residue! I think I might have cooked them a little too long because the brownies seemed a bit harder. I understand with a smaller size you don't need to cook as long so I will adjust the next time. No worries since people still ate and enjoyed them.

The next thing I made was a yellow cake with apple pie filling in the middle with the Mrs. Fields Fill n Flip. I was a little confused when I was to put the batter in the pan. I just wanted to make sure I used the right side of the pan because it was labeled in the pan. I wish the pan would be labeled a little bit more clear but in the end I did it right. :)
