So I'm a bit sore... not as bad as I could be! I ran a 5K on Saturday and today is Monday. I am taking my Plexus Ease capsules and they seem to be helping. My daughter and I did the race but of course, she beat me! She is such a great runner. She is so serious about her running that she didn't want to wear an ugly Christmas sweater.
