Texas Caviar Recipe

Texas Caviar Recipe: 8 roma tomatoes, chopped; one bunch green onions, chopped; ½ each of red, green, and yellow peppers; 2 cans of black beans, drained; 1 can shoepeg corn, drained; 1 small can chopped black olives, 1 small can chopped jalapeno (I don’t usually put the whole tin in!  usually just a couple of spoon fulls…do it to taste); about 5 oz. crumbled feta (or to taste);  pour over all about 8 oz. of Italian salad dressing and mix well and serve with some chips!  I also did my shopping at the local farmers market=BONUS!  :)

TRUST ME IT IS SO TASTY!  :)
