Moldy Bread Experiment

My students have enjoyed the "Moldy Bread Experiment."  We learned a lot and made some good observations each week.   First, we are worried about preservatives because our store purchased bread never got any mold!   Second, we realized that we need to clean our surfaces more in the classroom!  Last, we used social skills and turn taking throughout each week while we made observations. 

April is Grilled Cheese Month- YUM! Giveaway Included

Wal-Mart Fail

I bought this french bread which I normally do not buy but it looked so good.  Then I get it home and cut it and realized there is this huge hole with no bread... SO SAD.  Each piece of bread has a big hole.  LAME!   Ok, that is my vent!  Thanks for listening!   I guess the good news is I did not feel guilty for eating two pieces of bread!  :)
