How to Take Quality Time Off

With the many commitments, necessities and obligations of daily life, it seems as though we’ve completely disconnected from the idea of downtime. Ask yourself, when did you last go somewhere or do something without bringing along your phone to answer calls, or your laptop to check in on emails?

This mindset has made it difficult for us to truly separate work from personal time. Yet, taking regular breaks to relax and recharge is extremely important for mental health.
