Auster- Tutor

Image
Get EXCITED!   Auster is about to launch there all new website!   https://www.austerfit.com/

Auster is a high-quality modular suspension training system.  This is easy to use at home and get a solid workout anywhere anytime!  Reach your peak- their motto on my unit!   I was super excited when my packaged arrived in the mail.   Since I was doing a review I didn't know what to expect.   I opened the package and everything was beautifully organized.  Then when I took the pieces out I found a mesh bag to keep all the pieces together since I knew putting them back in the box wasn't going to happen.

I am a little embarrassed posting my pictures here... I had no make-up on and just workout clothes.   I look at these pictures and think what in the world... how did I gain weight during the summer?   That belly has got to go.... as a teacher I walk constantly in the schools so summer comes and my step count is so low.  Ok... I will stop complaining.   I should just say, thanks- to my 7 y…

How to Bond with Your Bump

Most parents will long for the day when their little bundle of joy arrives in the world. Despite your baby still growing inside of you, you might be eager to get to know your new son or daughter before you see him or her for the first time.

If you want to feel closer to your child throughout your pregnancy, here are some helpful tips on how to successfully bond with your bump.

Start Talking to Your Baby

It is believed your baby will be able to clearly hear your sounds, such as your heartbeat, from around 18 weeks. What’s more, he or she might also start recognizing voices from inside the womb. Research has also found that babies can also recognize their mother’s voice.

So, if you want to feel much closer to your baby boy or girl, start talking to your child. For example, you can talk to them about how excited you are for their arrival, or you could read your favorite book aloud to your growing baby.

About Sneakz

With a simple blend of whole organic foods, including sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, spinach, and beets, Sneakz combines great taste with positive nutrition to help families eat better and enjoy their vegetables.

Made with pure, clean USDA Organic ingredients, Sneakz contains no GMOs, antibiotics or synthetic hormones, and no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or gluten.

Sneakz has less sugar than sodas and many juice drinks and packs in a whole lot more nutrition. Try comparing Sneakz to other flavored milk drinks, and you’ll see that Sneakz not only tastes just as good but is a much healthier alternative, with more fiber and less sugar and sodium per serving than many leading chocolate milk brands.

My Review This mom gets super thrilled when I can find good quality organic food or drinks for my family.  The biggest test is always seeing if it will pass the taste bud test!  I was very frustrated with my two children while they had the premade drink box.  Selah an…

British Soccer camps

British Soccer Camp WEEK!!!
Titus got to work on his soccer skills last week!   He is showing us so much talent!   He worked on passing a lot but he loves to dribble the ball himself.

Titus got to meet four coaches that week.   2 were from England, 1 from London, and 1 from Brazil!
The first day he was very timid and didn't want me to leave. I think it may have been due to heavy accents and Titus was confused at what the directions were.   By the end of the week, he was understanding much better.   It is amazing how challenging it can be when we live in a diverse world.

Titus continued to have fun throughout the week.   I did notice a couple things they could improve on.  First, the ages groups could probably be divided a little bit more.  I think they could have used a few more helpers as well because it was hard to have a coach available for each game when there were more games then coaches available.  Those two things are hard to do.   I really enjoyed seeing the college-age…

Kiah- Last Thoughts on Raw Nibs #ChewyReview

Image
If you haven't read my first two posts on Raw Nibs make sure you do here: Post 1 Post 2
We have used the Raw Nibs for the last month.  Every afternoon Kiah has had a 1/2 cup on top of her food.   She still is continuing to eat the Raw Nibs first!   She won't go back to her food until she is really hungry.

Kiah, as you see above, was begging and begging for more Raw Nibs.   She sure has been trying to communicate and let us know she wants more.
I think I like knowing that this is a quality product for my dog.   I really trust chewy.com and the products they sell!
