No "Elfin" around Kiah Loves Chewy.com

Happy Pawlidays from Kiah!!!   We wish you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!   Kiah is teasing you in these pictures with her serious face.  She is still learning to love herself when the camera is pointed at her.   (Ok she was mad at me because I put the elf hat on her!)  Thanks Chewy.com for sending Kiah some Victor Premium Dog Food in cans!   I was not paid for this review and all opinions expressed are 100% my own.  As you can see she ate it up quickly.   There was no stopping her for any more pictures once she started eating!  I had tortured her enough with the hat and making get her pictures taken.   Victor canned dog food is easy to open and appears very moist and easy to get out of the can.   So a case of 12 cans will run $28.99 on chewy.com!

Neater Feeder Review and Giveaway

I have two kids and one dog running around this house and before I had the Neater Feeder it was a common problem of spilled water and food on my kitchen floor from the dog dishes.  It was so annoying to be walking through and come out with wet socks from the spilled water.  I am so thrilled the problem has been avoided since we started using the Neater Feeder.  Thank you Neater Feeder for sending me this product to conduct my review.  All opinions expressed are my own and I was not paid for this review.   The Neater Feeder comes in two colors, cranberry or bronze.  Since I have a girl dog I went with the cranberry color, which also matches some of the decor in my kitchen.  As you can see from the image above they have the right size for your cat or dog. They also include leg extensions to raise it even more if needed.  I have had the Neater Feeder for several days and the system works great!  I love having a dry floor and I...

Big Dog

It was a nice surprise to go to the mall and see lots of dogs there.  They were having a service dog awareness day at the mall and had several types of dogs that did lots of special tasks.   My daughter loved the size of this Newfoundland dog!  :) Look at her head size!  :)  We found out that this dog was a water rescue dog, what a cool job!   Anyone else amazed at how animals can help us in so many different areas of life from rescue situations to comfort to socialization!   Thanks dogs for being man's true best friend!  :)

In Memory of Bear

I got one of those dreaded phone calls today.  My sister's dog passed away.  Now some of you might think "it's just a dog."  The truth is that this was not just a dog, I know this dog was like a child for my sister. Bear was a gentle dog and he loved everyone.   I know my sister is hurting right now so please pray for peace to surround her, and for her broken heart to mend.  She also has another dog too so pray that he does not feel lonely now that his playmate is gone.   It is one of those situations where there is nothing you can say to make you feel better.  So I hope my sister knows that I love you and I will always be here for you!  xoxoxo
