Tax Return= Family Vacation?

Have you ever used your tax return to take a family vacation?  Traveling with little ones can be frightening and expensive but it can be done and one of these years I think we will use our tax return to have some family fun.   We do take vacations here and there but I am talking a full week or even two with no worries about how much you spend on eating and fun.  :)

When I was a child I always wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we never had the funds to it.  I would love to change that and take my children some day.  I think it is possible with Disney vacation specials that occur year round.  It is nice to find packaged vacation deals that are all inclusive so there is no worries about food!

Disney vacation specials offer many different opportunities for fun.  I think my two children would have a great time dining with some Disney Characters.  I could see my daughter's huge smile if a princess would come and sit down while she was eating and get her picture taken with her.

So parents is it worth spending the money of vacations or do you do stay-cations?  Have any of you been to Disney?  This la st year we did a stay-cation since we had a newborn baby but I know the kids are growing up fast and I know Disney is at the top of my vacation spots.

This is a sponsored post but all opinions are 100% mine.

My Memory Suite Review and GIVEAWAY!

MY MEMORIES SUITE Review and giveaway!  (#1 rated scrapbook software)  The above is one of the scrap pages I have created.  Super easy and super fast.  I only took a couple minutes to create a 8 page photo book.  I am still going to do some more with adding more embellishments!  The below is one I created all from scratch and it only took me about 5 minutes!  :)  SO EASY!   Here is a great video explaining more about the product.  There are also tutorials available on youtube.com I am not sure if you are like me but I have spent hours online trying to upload photos to the web to place them into something I was trying to create.  THE BIGGEST BONUS to My Memory Suite is the fact that it is downloaded to your computer so you do not have to wait forever for a picture to upload! It made my experience much quicker then other programs I have used online.  The scrapbook software was very easy to download on my computer and did not take long to learn how to create.  :) One feature t

Liquid Chalk spray! Chalk Idea #7

Last week we tried out the fizzing sidewalk chalk- click here to read that review. This week it is liquid chalk spray.  They are a bit similar but yet different.  Here is how to make it: Supplies: 1 tsp. washable tempura paint 1 cup of hot water 1/2 cup of cornstarch squirt of dishwashing liquid 1 squirt bottle- I found them at the dollar store 1.  Add cornstarch to one cup of hot water whisking to mix so that there are no clumps. 2.  Add one teaspoon of washable tempura paint and a quirt of dishwashing liquid.  Mix well. 3.  Pour it into your squirt bottles and shake well. 4.  Go have fun!!!   This kept my daughters attention much longer the the fizzy chalk last week.  I also think this was easier to work with and just more fun in general.  I love seeing the chalk wet but then to see it dry.  I think it dried darker so it was fun to see the changes.  :)  Ready, Set, Go!  Have some fun! She is my little model... she kept saying "take my picture mom." She is like her
