Tis the season for...

Winter is approaching which means we are in doors more often and the germs are spreading quickly. It is no fun to watch your little ones be sick which both of my kids have had the icky puking flu since Thanksgiving.

When the flu bug hits we don't take medications for it. We sleep, hydrate, and pray. Not everyone is the same when they get illness's. If I can avoid a doctor I do. This year I avoided the flu shot so we will see how that all works out.

Toronto naturopath is a new thing in the medical field. It combines modern scientific knowledge and standard medical diagnostics with a broad range of natural therapies to address the root cause of acute and chronic illness. I don't think the flu bug counts in that but sounds interesting. I wonder if they are offering that in the United States?

Dry Idea: Deodorant Review and Giveaway

I know most of you know I was at kids camp last week and I think I mentioned the humidity and heat that we had that week! I was daring as I only brought my new Dry Idea deodorant that I had never used prior. I had no idea if it was going to keep me from smelling like B.O or if I was going to have sweaty pits.
