Fitness update...

Well, the scale may not have changed in the last couple weeks but I have found a new hobby that I love.  Boxing!!   I love it!

I go to class one time a week and I wish it was more often but I will take what I can get.  :) 

Now to get back on track with better food choices. It was tougher since we have been traveling lately.  Eating healthy on the road can be done but every time I use it as an excuse to stuff my face with bad junk.... WHY??  Bad bad bad choices!
