Our chocolate is sweetened with maltitol which is naturally found in chicory leaves. Our maltitol sweetener is made from wheat but remains gluten free. Just like with xylitol, or other low-glycemic sweeteners, some people may experience a mild laxative effect with increased consumption.

I love chocolate! I do typically prefer milk over dark but this is starting to help change my preference to make me more healthy. I love that my daily vitamins can come from a chocolate square.
I packed my Roar Chocolate in my lunch so when I was on my lunch break I had a little sweet before getting back to work. However, the ideas listed above sound more exciting with peanut butter or as s'mores. YUM!
