Moving Towards Healthy!

I have officially lost about 7 pounds in 3 weeks! I still have more I want to lose but my focus is not just skinny jeans it truly is a healthy body, soul, and mind. I have been spending more time with Daddy God and seeking him in everything I do.

I have been getting up earlier to get a good walk or run in. I have been tracking everything I have been eating. I have also been starting to learn to fast- like truly fast!

I also have been learning about my gut health. I have been taking the Tri-Plex from Plexus for about three months! It is helping me say no to some cravings, helping me hydrate, keeping me more alert and awake, and helping me sleep better.

Dry Idea: Deodorant Review and Giveaway

I know most of you know I was at kids camp last week and I think I mentioned the humidity and heat that we had that week! I was daring as I only brought my new Dry Idea deodorant that I had never used prior. I had no idea if it was going to keep me from smelling like B.O or if I was going to have sweaty pits.
