 My Review:

This is a cute and silly little book that is great for kids aged 4-8 years old.   The cute vegetable characters are sure to spur conversations and guess as to what vegetable they are.  Kids will enjoy guessing what the "thing" is as well and laugh there way to the end.  The author does a great job of playing with words too which make reading this story more fun for the big kids and adults! The illustrator kept quiet browns and yellows for majority of this book.   This can create a calm reading which would be perfect for nap time.   I was a little sad that there was not faith mentioned in this story.  In fact it says "But he's wiser than most when he follows his heart."   That is not biblical.  We need to follow Jesus heart because ours can get us in trouble.
