Moby Wrap??

I am thinking about purchasing one... I read lots of good reviews but would love to hear what you think of them??

Are they worth it?

Are they hard to get on?

Do you feel they are safe?

I am short...will this make a difference??

So do you recommend a Moby wrap or a different type of carrier?

They seem very daunting at first, but I would practice a few times before putting a baby into it. Also if you have a doll practice putting a doll into it first too :)

I love my wrap and my peanut shell sling. Both I found were great to have.

I'd say do it! I am in love with mine, and wished I had known of them sooner. I used my with my twins, and don't know how I would have made it through the infant stage otherwise :)
So yes, I believe they are totally worth it. (They can be found used on Ebay/Craigslist sometimes to save on the cost, if that is prohibitive. Mine was gently used from Ebay)

They are not hard to get on if you practice a few times withOUT the baby. I became comfortable with the wrap, and practiced putting it on and off using the instructions before the twins arrived, using build-a-bears!

I feel most secure wearing my babies in the Moby. I was able to go about my daily (safe) tasks wearing the twins as they slept.

I don't think your height will affect the Moby. If someone is very thin they will have extra fabric left over (I tuck my extras into the lower parts of the wrap) If someone is overweight they may need to tie it at the back rather than the front.
I wholeheartedly recommend the moby, that said I have a maya sling as a quick and easy back up for when I go shopping, etc so that I don't risk getting the ends of the Moby dirty in the parking lot. The ends of the Moby sometimes graze the ground as you put it on, but that only really matters if it's wet/muddy where you're standing to put it on.
Hope this helps, feel free to ask me if you have any more questions!
Lots of good comments and advice I love it!

A FB friend just asked if I had looked in to a sleepy wrap?? Anyone heard of that one?

I'm pretty sure the Sleepy Wrap is the same thing as the Moby Wrap, just a different manufacturer/branding. Looks nearly identical to me :)
I really like my Moby Wrap but it was pretty confusing learning how to tie it correctly. I ended up following a youtube video to help me figure it out. My daughter didn't like it too much though so I didn't get to use it as much as I would have liked. Good Luck!

Knot Genie Review and Giveaway

If you have a little girl and have not heard of the Knot Genie then you need to watch the following video:   "The Knot Genie™ and Teeny Genie™ Detangling Brushes were created for every mom that has endured the foot stomping and screaming matches that come with brushing their child's hair. With the Knot Genie, even the curliest, most knotted up hair practically slips through the unique bristle configuration – gently and painlessly. Try the Knot Genie on your kids (or on yourself) – you'll be amazed by the ease of brushing, as well as how it virtually stops breakage and split ends. You've wished for hair brushing standoffs to end. Wish granted." My Review:  Thanks to the Knot Genie for sending me the product to conduct my review.  I was not paid for this review and all opinions expressed are 100% mine.  I know I have grown so tired of my daughter coming to tears every morning when we did her hair. I was becoming to think she was the most

Dry Idea: Deodorant Review and Giveaway

I know most of you know I was at kids camp last week and I think I mentioned the humidity and heat that we had that week!  I was daring as I only brought my new Dry Idea  deodorant  that I had never used prior.  I had no idea if it was going to keep me from smelling like B.O or if I was going to have sweaty pits. So how did the Dry Idea hold up to the hot and humid days at kids camp???  Arms raised high during worship in the morning and in the evening!  :)  I was dry and I did not stink!  :) WOOT WOOT!  I had the unscented brand and I usually do prefer a pretty scent but it worked and they do have scents which include powder fresh and cotton dry that I might try in the future.  :) The Dry Idea Roll-On is 24 hour protection, fast drying MicroCotton Formula, hypo allergenic, and contains Vitamin E.  :) Don't like roll on's??  They do offer Clear Gel and an Invisible Solid.  :) Dry Idea provided a free sample of their Advanced Dry roll-On so I could review them.  However,
