39 Week Pregnancy UPDATE

HI everyone,

Still have baby boy in my tummy! I had my appointment this morning and was a bit bummed that there were no changes. I am still dilated to 2 and 50% effaced. My doctor was very encouraging and said things looked all ready to go.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Are they talking about an induction if he doesn't come on his due date? Good Luck, can't wait to see the new addition!

Actually yes we did discuss it and I will be induced on Thursday morning. My doctor is leaving town on Saturday so it just makes sense for us.

I am so ready!

You sound like me with my pregnancies. Weren't you early with your first? My first was 4 weeks early. I made my doctor check with my second at 5 weeks before. I was already 2 cm. dilated 5 weeks out. Then 4 cm. for soooo long and we had to induce her 1 day late. Little booger. She was a momma's girl from inside the womb. Good Luck!!!!!

Ooo, Oooo, Ooooo!!! I had March 25th. (Pretty close!) Now that baby just needs to be 8 lb. 2 oz. and 19 inches long!!! LOL Again, Good Luck!!
