Ready, Aim, Shoot- Water Gun Fun

We had plans to go down down to the free fountains but when we got down there they were not on and not turning on.  I still have to find out when they are on.  We had a great time there a few weeks ago on a sporadic moment.  :)  So I had to think quick since I had a little girl who was sad.  So we had a super fun water gun fight!  :)  Getting wet is our theme lately with the hot temps.  I was very happy a couple days prior I had purchased these 2 water guns at "Dollar Tree."

Yep, she got a lot more wet them me.  LOL, I must have better aim!  ;)

I had fun trying to hide by a tree or even the big electrical boxes.  :)  We even did a "Western Draw" where we lined up back to back and took 3 big steps and then turned around and shot at each other.  Daddy was sweet and took pictures for us but I think I will have to buy another squirt gun for him because I am pretty sure there will be a next time.  :)

I also filled a bucket with water so it was easy to fill them up.  :)

So cute. With temps consistently over 100 where I am, my boys don't want to go outside at all (not at all like them!) I love your background pic of praying hands--awesome :)

Found you through the Thursday Cup of Joe Hop. I hope you'll follow me back :)

My Memory Suite Review and GIVEAWAY!

MY MEMORIES SUITE Review and giveaway!  (#1 rated scrapbook software)  The above is one of the scrap pages I have created.  Super easy and super fast.  I only took a couple minutes to create a 8 page photo book.  I am still going to do some more with adding more embellishments!  The below is one I created all from scratch and it only took me about 5 minutes!  :)  SO EASY!   Here is a great video explaining more about the product.  There are also tutorials available on youtube.com I am not sure if you are like me but I have spent hours online trying to upload photos to the web to place them into something I was trying to create.  THE BIGGEST BONUS to My Memory Suite is the fact that it is downloaded to your computer so you do not have to wait forever for a picture to upload! It made my experience much quicker then other programs I have used online.  The scrapbook software was very easy to download on my computer and did not take long to learn how to create.  :) One feature t

Liquid Chalk spray! Chalk Idea #7

Last week we tried out the fizzing sidewalk chalk- click here to read that review. This week it is liquid chalk spray.  They are a bit similar but yet different.  Here is how to make it: Supplies: 1 tsp. washable tempura paint 1 cup of hot water 1/2 cup of cornstarch squirt of dishwashing liquid 1 squirt bottle- I found them at the dollar store 1.  Add cornstarch to one cup of hot water whisking to mix so that there are no clumps. 2.  Add one teaspoon of washable tempura paint and a quirt of dishwashing liquid.  Mix well. 3.  Pour it into your squirt bottles and shake well. 4.  Go have fun!!!   This kept my daughters attention much longer the the fizzy chalk last week.  I also think this was easier to work with and just more fun in general.  I love seeing the chalk wet but then to see it dry.  I think it dried darker so it was fun to see the changes.  :)  Ready, Set, Go!  Have some fun! She is my little model... she kept saying "take my picture mom." She is like her
