Praises of a Wife and Mommy was created for mom's like me. I like to share secrets, parenting advice, deals, the many arts and crafts that we do at our at home preschool, and most importantly share my faith. My many roles go beyond mom they also include, preschool teacher, Children's church teacher, youth pastor, wife, and one role I love Christ follower. 40th Birthday Surprise!

You all know that everyone at my church is like family right? Well, we had 2 people turning 40 and we threw them a surprise to celebrate. I wanted to make something fun and again Pintrest came to my rescue! I saw something a little different for a 30th birthday and so I recreated it my way.

What can I say... I'm only 27! hehehe

This was very simple and very inexpensive. I got all my supplies at Dollar Tree. For each it was $5. I found the cute container in the spring line of products and the green planter. Then each took 3 bags of suckers. I made one say "40 Sucks" and used Tootsie Pop suckers while the other one says "40 Blows" and I used Blow Pops.
