The shot has a berry taste but an after taste that reminded me of cough syrup. I took the shot in the morning that helped me through a busy morning with my Bible Quiz team. I was not a huge fan of the flavor but it was only 2 ounces and I am happy and confident taking a energy booster that is safe and organic.
