Or how about this adorable spring dress

Yarn and Cloth will be sponsoring 2 giveaways in this post so make sure you enter both giveaways!  :)

Thank you Yarn and Cloth for sending me a bow tie to review.  All opinions are 100% mine and I was not paid for this review.

About the Bow Tie:

It is made with a 100% cotton madras plaid and features a metal clip that
attaches on to a shirt collar. It is a great quality clip and really seems to stay
in place.

The bow tie comes in two different sizes. Please indicate size at check out.

2.25"x 5" best for ages 5 and up

or 1.5"x 4" best for infants to age 4

My Review:

I was really looking forward to having my son wear

this for our Good Friday Meal but I am at my wits end

trying to convince my almost 2 year old to keep it on.

:( He is a very strong willed little boy so I am still

trying to get a bit more sneaky.  Anyone have any tips

or suggestions to help me get my little boy to wear

this adorable tie??  HELP ME

I enjoy the way this bow tie was made, the clip is very

sturdy and the overall quality is great. Yarn and Cloth

Clothiers offers many great items in her Etsy store.

Be sure to go take a look and get your orders in!

About the Dress:

This dress features one of my new favorite fabrics for spring. This dress can
be worn right now with a long sleeve underneath with leggings or alone as
soon as spring hits. It features a cute gray and white polka dot bow and
buttons up the back.

This dress is fully lined and constructed with great care. I serge all seams for
a clean finish and top stitch where appropriate for durability. All fabrics are
100% cotton and preshrunk before construction so you won't have any
surprises when washing. I am a mom of two young boys and I believe in
durable clothes because I know kids wear them hard.

Love the bow tie. For my 2yr old, I bribe or put it on him then quickly distract to something already new and set up for him to engage in. Try him a few days before you want him to wear it and practice a few hours. It works for us with hats and sunglasses.

I can verify that both the dress and bow tie are very well made and stand up to the most destructive toddlers! I have a dress for my almost 2 year old and with all the spills and messes she has made it still looks as good as it did when we got it almost a year ago.

"The Reading Game" Review and Giveaway

Description: The first book in  The Reading Game  learn-to-read series tells the story of a skunk without a stripe who is rejected by the other skunks but finds acceptance among some cats and becomes their defender.  It’s told in rhyme, is beautifully illustrated, and is 32 pages long.  It will be the first book the student reads, and there are five more to follow in this groundbreaking learn to read program. Each of The Reading Game's six stories is told using just thirty new words.  These are broken down into six sets of five words.  The student learns to read each set of five words by playing a simple word matching game.  Frequent exposure through play hard wires these words into long-term memory.  Rote learning is transformed into a fast-paced game with a winner every few seconds. After completing Skunk, Game 1, the student has learned five words (can, cat, is, me, not).  Playing Game 2 adds an additional five w...

Common Mistakes Made When Writing a Will

Writing a will should, by all means, be a simple thing. You want to make sure that your assets are being left to your loved ones and that your final wishes are being fulfilled. Usually, they are rather straightforward, but that doesn’t mean that they are entirely foolproof. Here, we’re going to look at some common issues that can lead to disputes or delays in carrying out your will. Image - CC0 License Not Having It Witnessed Correctly One of the most common mistakes when writing a will is not having it witnessed correctly. Wills generally require the signatures of at least two witnesses who are not beneficiaries or spouses of beneficiaries. If the will is not witnessed in accordance with legal requirements, it may be declared invalid, meaning your estate would be distributed according to intestacy laws, which may not align with your wishes. It’s important to follow the witnessing procedures exactly as outlined in your jurisdiction to ensure the will is legally enforceable. Chan...
