How many of you get a big head ache when you hear the word insurance?  There are "premiums" "deductibles" and blah blah blah so much talk and fine print.  Why is health care so challenging?  Single plans, family plans, dental plans, or even  Short Term Health Insurance   .  I remember before getting pregnant how scary it was and how hard it was to find insurance that included prenatal care.  That is medical but then we have vehicles and houses and crazy things like people getting insurance on their hair or dogs.  Do you have insurance on something like that?  We have great doctors and great hospitals but the whole system seems to be over priced and confusing.    Who agree's with me? Do you have insurance?  Do you get confused?  How about Kaiser insurance? I guess the only insurance I really need is my FAITH that my God is my HEALER and PROVIDER!  Can I get an AMEN!  

Since St. Patrick's Day is this weekend we have been creating fun projects with bright color's.   Today we practice our lacing skills along with following the rainbow pattern.   * TIP:  Use a little scotch tape at the end so you can lace without any yarn separating. * What little kid would not want to make a necklace that hass a dual purpose as a snack for later.  :) Little man just wanted to eat the snack. :)

Yesterday I  went to Aldi's to go grocery shopping.  I knew it was a bit risky to go after the morning working at the YMCA, but I was determined to get it done.  Titus has been battling a cold and he did not nap at the YMCA so I thought he would maybe sleep at the store.  I was wrong.   I got through to the check out and had to start to hold him and bounce him all the while trying to pack my groceries up so I could get out of there and get him to his crib.  A very nice lady stopped and asked, "miss, may I help you pack your groceries?"  :)  How sweet was that!  You do not see many people stopping from there busy schedules to help others much more and I was extremely blessed by her kindness.  :) I accepted the help and she was so sweet to my daughter and encouraging me that better days out weigh the cranky ones.  :)  She even went a step farther.  After I got to my car and unloaded everything in it she came back around ...

I am curious as to what you look for when you are looking for a church for you and your family.  I am not looking for a new church or anything!  Just a thought popping through my head to see if any new ideas pop through that could benefit the church we go to.  Some of you know my hubby is a youth pastor so we have the best job but we also want to keep growing our church. I know for me since I have 2 children I want to check out the children's programs, see the rooms, meet the teachers, and find out what curriculum they are using. Worship is another big one for me.  What type of worship do they do?  I like to see how the congregation is worshiping.  Are they entering in? The messages, are they a good Bible teaching?  Easy to follow and understand? How friendly are people?  If I am new I want someone to come to me and introduce themselves.
